  • The tenant provides verbal consent to receive a text message

Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of tenancy, lease approval, or housing services.


3. Purpose of Messages

Messages are limited to:

  • Maintenance request confirmations
  • Status updates
  • Emergency-related communication tied to your request

We do not send marketing or promotional SMS messages.
