Aileen T. Franco
DRE 01487077
Aileen began working in the property management industry in 2003. Prior to her role at Esquire, she served as a Leasing Agent, Realtor: Listing/Buyer’s Agent (Investment Property), New Accounts Manager and Maintenance Coordinator. When she reflects back on all her previous positions and all the wisdom she acquired from her years in the industry, one truth still stands out in her mind, and has now become Aileen’s foundational philosophy for all her work at the Esquire office: “You have to listen closely to people to understand their needs, in order to truly help them find what they are looking for within each unique situation.”
Now serving the Esquire team as a Property Manager, Aileen applies this philosophy to her work everyday. Whether she’s communicating with landlords, tenants, plumbers, handymen or other vendors, her commitment to understanding the needs of her customers remains at the forefront of her communication. She’s a great listener, and being constantly caught in the middle of vendors and tenants, she uses all her expertise to achieve what she describes as her “ultimate goal”: peace of mind for the customer.
When Aileen’s not coordinating maintenance requests, she can be found indulging in the great outdoors. A lover of hiking, Aileen’s favorite local hiking hotspots are found just north of Oxnard off Pacific Coast Highway.
You can contact Aileen if you are an Esquire tenant or owner, and have a maintenance request follow-up. As a reminder, we require all non-emergency maintenance requests to be submitted in writing or online via your tenant portal.
