Luis is the friendly voice and quick problem-solver behind our leasing department at Esquire Property Management. As our Leasing Agent, Dispatcher, and Coordinator, he keeps showings, lease-ups, and client communications running smoothly. He also handles property sales and lease-ups with the same dedication he brings to every interaction.

Known for his top-tier customer service, Luis has a knack for turning first-time inquiries into long-term relationships—often leaving clients saying “wow.” Outside of work, he’s a proud soccer dad and coach to his daughters’ teams, bringing his teamwork and leadership skills from the field into the office. When he’s not showing homes or coordinating schedules, you’ll find him chasing the perfect spicy meal.
