Carolina Guillen, former Realtor of the Year in Ventura County, is the co-founder of Esquire Property Management and Esquire Realty in Camarillo. Carolina’s fascination with real-estate started as an adolescent. Interestingly, Carolina became the impetus in convincing her parents to abandon their long history of renting homes and invest in the stability afforded only by owning their own property. Basically, she translated the contracts for her parents at the age of 10. No doubt this innate wisdom and appreciation for real estate and building her own real estate portfolio in Oxnard, led Carolina to pursue it as a profession. Now 40 years later, Carolina provides Esquire Property Management with decades of experience. With 35 plus years as a Realtor Ventura County, and deep-rooted relationships she’s built through her faithful service.
As her passion for real-estate continues to unfold, Carolina undertakes what she describes as her “greatest professional venture so far”; overseeing the Sales division of Esquire Realty. Furthermore, Carolina is determined to bring her reputation of integrity, respect and professionalism into this new venture.
Away from the office, Carolina loves spending time with her family which includes her her husband Ray, her 3 children and her 5 grandchildren. And to sum it up, her golden-doodle, Chuy takes the cake.
